The object of the study - psychotic psychiatric disorders in combatants. The goal of the research: is to improve the algorithm for providing medical and social assistance to participants in military operations with psychotic disorders, based on determining the structure and clinical features of these disorders. Research methods: anamnestic, socio-demographic, pathopsychological, clinical-psychopathological, clinical-phenomenological, catastrophic, sociological, method of expert analysis, information-analytical; epidemiological; method of expert study of case files and medical records; statistical methods. The analysis of literature sources on the current state of the problem of psychotic disorders in combatants. The domestic and international experience of providing medical and social assistance to combatants with psychotic disorders is studied and summarized, including the legal framework for providing this assistance. Clinical features of psychotic disorders in combatants according to the literature are determined.
