Description

The process of reforming Ukraine's regional policy in the context of the European decentralization experience is analyzed. The practical significance of myth and anti-myth for the ideological space of the state is proved. For the first time, on the basis of the biographical method, Soviet intersystem liberalism and its representatives were revealed, taking into account the famous professors of the Odessa National University named after II Mechnikov  The basic principles of European integration processes and multicultural policy in Europe have been studied. The geopolitical concept "Eurasia" and conditions of fragmentation of the ethnic-social space of Bessarabia are analyzed. The phenomenon of Bolshevism as a meta-historical phenomenon for Russia is analyzed and a specific social technology of transition from one era to another is analyzed. Complex analysis of Japanese-Ukrainian relations (1991-2016)
