In this research, the research object is the process of ensuring the sustainable development of the region and management of changes in enterprises in the context of international integration processes. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological, methodological and applied issues of sustainable development of the region and management of changes in enterprises in the context of international integration processes. The purpose of scientific research is to develop principles, a conceptual and paradigmatic approach to ensuring sustainable development of the region and management of changes in enterprises in the context of international integration processes. The concept of management of strategic changes on the basis of situational-dynamic approach is developed. The methodology of determining the key directions of strategic changes of the enterprise, summarized by choosing the basic strategy of changes, is proposed based on the modeling of the dynamics of the system. The scientific and methodical approach to determining the level of general and situational readiness of the enterprise for changes and the strategy of their development is formed. The use of research results by enterprises allows them to increase their competitive positions, both at the national and foreign markets.
