It is proved that ischemic albumin can be used as an additional marker for assessing the level of coronal ischemia. It can be an integral marker for hospital and long term prognosis in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). The free DNA-level is an additional independent marker of the inflammatory thrombotic response to myocardial damage in patients with ACS. It was found that the use of corvitin, doxycycline and eplerenone leads to the restoration of the heart state in rats with experimental myocardial ischemia. These medications can also reduce the negative manifestations of carbonyl-oxidative stress.
