Description

Methods have been developed for obtaining fibrin and fibrin-sericin matrices of different sizes filled with MSC, an express method for evaluating bio-polymeric matrices for cytotoxicity. The stimulatory effect of plasma-enriched platelet aggregates (PLT) on proliferation of human MSC when cultured in a fibrin-sericin matrix (FSM) was found, and it was proved that electrostimulation has a positive effect on the differentiation and directed growth of axons of neuroinduced MSCs enclosed in the matrix. Models of acute and chronic spinal cord injury (TCM) in rats have been developed. Transplantation of fibrin matrix (FM) with neuroinduced MSC bone marrow of females into the TSM zone of female rats leads to partial restoration of muscle strength and motor activity in the hind limbs in 62% of cases. Injections of suspensions of neuroinduced MSC females into a zone of complete rupture of the spinal cord of females, filled with a cell-free matrix, are ineffective
