Folliculogenesis in women with ovarian endometriosis and surgical interventions has been studied in order to develop new approaches to infertility treatment. Supplemented scientific data on the role of disorders of the hypothalamo-pituitary-ovarian system, the level of gonadotropic and steroid hormones, the results of ultrasound examination, paracrine factors, and the reduction of ovarian reserve in the pathogenesis. The schemes of complex differential treatment of infertility have been developed taking into account the state of disturbances in the system of folliculogenesis, caused by endocrine and iatrogenic factors in women with endometriosis of the ovaries.
