A new concept of the calculation method of numerical characteristics of the process of carcinogenesis is formulated taking into account the role of suppressor and oncogene genes. The probability of formation of malignant tumors in individuals with different quantities of intact tumor suppressors genes, probable time of tumor formation in individuals with different quantities of intact tumor suppressors genes.
