Description

Object of work: suicidal behavior in the military environment. Purpose: to improve the system of psychological and pedagogical work on the diagnosis of suicidal behavior of servicemen, justification of the ways and recommendations on the organization of suicidological assistance to servicemen. Methods of research: a complex of general scientific methods. Subject of research: psychological and preventive measures to prevent the emergence of suicidal behavior in the military environment. The scientific novelty of the study is to substantiate the ways of organizing suicidological assistance to servicemen. The report outlines organizational, psychological measures for the prevention of non-military losses of military personnel, based on the foreign experience of leading countries. The materials of the work can be used by psychologists, listeners, cadets of the profile higher military educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, officers of the structures of moral and psychological support, and other persons, whose content of activities involves work aimed at preventing non-combat personnel losses.
