Novelty - the pedagogical conditions for the formation of cultural and communicative competence of future officers of the civil protection service in the process of training are justified; the criteria, indicators and levels of formation of the cultural and communicative competence of future officers of the civil protection service were discovered and characterized; the filling of educational disciplines with communicatively and culturally oriented content has been improved; The ideas about methods of communicatively and culturally oriented training of cadets in higher education institutions of the CSN of Ukraine were further developed.
