The purpose of the work is to substantiate the concept and develop the theoretical, methodological and organizational principles of ensuring the unity of accounting information in the management of the business entities. Object of research - the process of formation of accounting information for the management of business enterprises. The subject of the research is the complex of theoretical, methodological, organizational and practical issues related to the synergy of accounting information in the management of the business entities. Research methods - systematic, logical and historical approaches; analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction; graphic. The methodological approaches to identifying the costs of the innovation activity of the enterprise as an object of managerial influence have been improved, which, in contrast to the existing ones, involves differentiation depending on their impact on the estimated value of the business unit on expenses that add the book value to the assets of the enterprise directly or implicitly, increasing internally generated goodwill and operating expenses; a methodical approach to the organization of managerial accounting of operating expenses, the difference of which is to subordinate the stages of organization of the peculiarities of the enterprises of the hotel and restaurant complex, the use of which will provide information richness of managerial accounting in accordance with the needs of management.
