Description
The object of researches was forest plantations, which were negatively affected by amber extraction on the territory of Western Polissya within the boundaries of forests of Dubrovytsja forestry. The purpose of the work is to investigate the peculiarities of negative influence on forest plantations, which are located within the limits of amber extraction and near amber development, and to offer a system of measures for the reproduction of forest plantations in areas where amber extraction was carried out. To work out proposals for the laying of system of research facilities for the study of peculiarities of reproduction and cultivation of indigenous stands of plantations and implementation of forestry measures for their formation. The peculiarities of growth of forest plantations in the most characteristic forest conditions of research region are analyzed. The peculiarities of woodlands reaction to the production of amber are studied. Long-term research facilities have been laid down in order to study the impact of disturbance of water regime on growth, development of woodlands and restorative processes. The specificity of formation of young generation of wood species, their rock composition, features of appearance and development was investigated. The analysis of natural renewal in areas affected by amber extraction has been carried out. Based on the research conducted, the specifics of the laying of experimental objects for the substantiation of technological techniques during the reproduction of forest plantations, the list of forestry measures for their formation and selection of species composition of wood species, depending on the type of soil damage in the production of amber, is substantiated. The variants of experimental objects formation for substantiation of the most effective methods of reproduction of indigenous forest plantations on disturbed lands are analyzed.5481
