Object of study: technological processes of obtaining ukrainian slip for metallceramic coating flow-through part of the turbine TNA RD815. The purpose of the work is the development of a ukrainian slip for metallceramic coverage the flow part of the turbine TNA RD815 using available raw materials. Research methods: calculated and basic physico-chemical methods of analysis. The region of glass formation in the oxide system BaO-B2O3-SiO2 has been determined. The interrelation between the chemical composition of glasses in the BaO-B2O3-SiO2 system and their properties, which provide high-quality metal-ceramic coatings (spreading and thermal expansion), has been established. Establishing the main technological parameters for the manufacture of metallceramic coatings for the flow part of the turbine TNA RD815, certain of their basic properties. The obtained dependences of the change in the properties of metallceramic coatings on their chemical composition. A new technical solution has been proposed for which an application has been submitted for the issuance of a security document of Ukraine on an object of intellectual property rights to an invention. Applications - C 23.44 manufacture of ceramic products for technical purposes; C 25.61 metal processing and coating of metals.
