Object of research - technological equipment and tecnological processes related. Purpose of research - to develop new ways of modernization chamical technology equipment and improve the methods of its production. Methods of inversifgations - thermomechanical, optical, tribological methods and reological researches, math modelling, theretical analysis. Investigated: technological processes of cutting long details, machining with a multifunctional tool, forming roughness during rolling, as well as ensuring accuracy in the manufacture of lining. Developed: mathematical model for modeling of dynamic processes in chemical-technological equipment, polymer composite material for friction units, device for measuring cutting effort. A new technical solution has been developed for which one application has been submitted for obtaining a security document of Ukraine for an object of law of intellectual invention. Field of application - C 22.21 Manufacture of plates, sheets, tubes and profiles of plastics; C 25.62 Mechanical machining of metal products; C 28.15 Manufacture of bearings, gears, mechanical transmission parts and drives.
