The object of research - wet wood, experimental jet setup, oxidizing agents, coatings. The purpose of the work is to create new coatings and equipment with increased operational characteristics. Methods of investigation - electrochemical, jet, microscopy. The possibility of shredding wet wood with simultaneous drying from 50% to 10% without additional heat supply has been established, conditions for grinding wood with simultaneous drying are determined. The quality of chopped wood meets the standards of international standards. The method of shredding wood with simultaneous drying is developed. The equipment with increased operational characteristics was developed - a thermoelectric rock-cutting tool, which received a patent of Ukraine for a utility model. Explored: crushing of brittle materials at the experimental installation - jet mill; ways of synthesis of oxidants (permanganate, ferrate); defined conditions for the synthesis of oxidants; directions of obtaining structural materials that have increased operational characteristics.
