Name: "Theoretical and methodological aspects of strategic management of industrial enterprises' development in the context of overcoming the effects of economic crisis". The object of research - Ukrainian heavy industry enterprises, in particular metallurgical and machine-building enterprises. Purpose - development of theory and methods for determining the main strategic directions for ensuring industrial enterprises' sustainable development on the basis of assessment of the level of aggregate economic potential of these enterprises' development. Research methods - logical and abstract reasoning, analytical, system analysis, statistical, expert evaluations, economic and mathematical modeling, ranking, grouping and comparison. The topical issues of the level of industrial enterprises' sustainable development have been investigated; the effectiveness of interaction mechanism for the participants of industrial clusters in the system of strategic development management has been estimated; methodology for assessing level of the enterprise's financial and economic security has been improved; the model of effective stakeholder management in the system of corporate social responsibility has been developed; tools for assessing the enterprise's investment attractiveness in conditions of market competition have been improved; approaches to assessing quality of labor potential use at industrial enterprises have been developed; efficiency indicators of implementation of energy management system at industrial enterprises have been researched; classification of industrial enterprises' working assets has been improved; economic aspects of implementing mechanism of enterprises' environmental management have been researched. Results of the research work have been implemented in systems of making management decisions at metallurgical enterprises of Donetsk region. - Novelty - Developments meet international standards and they are new proposals from a scientific point of view. - Efficiency of implementation - the proposed developments are effective. The economic effect is estimated at each point in report. - Scope of application - economic system of Ukraine and its regions.
