The object of the research is the question of industrial safety at the enterprises of Mariupol, the management of labor protection (SOUP), causes of injuries at enterprises, strategies of ecological safety and social programs, areas of efficient use of water resources of the city, issues of civil protection. The purpose of the work is the development of methodological bases, which ensure the increase of production, ecological and social security in the conditions of the city of Mariupol. Methods of research - expert research with participation of leading specialists of the State Pedagogical University, statistical analysis of working conditions at enterprises, mathematical forecasting of the state of the environment and quality of life support of the city population, analytical analysis of the problems of civil protection. The presented studies substantiated the ways of the strategy of labor protection in the new conditions of socio-economic development of enterprises, institutions and organizations. In the scientific work, the analysis of the formula that gives an idea of ??the proportions in the investment policy of the region, environmentally safe and aimed at increasing the well-being of the population is carried out. The research work substantiates the definition of industrial risk at the workplace in the forging and press shop of the operating machine-building enterprise on the basis of the probability of manifestation not only of equipment failures, but also of people using acts of the form H-1 for the period from 1980 on the investigation of the causes of unfortunate cases (HB) to identify the main risk factors and the consequences of their manifestation. The research found that one of the main tasks of adaptation of environmental safety is the development of scientific research methods, integrated assessment and forecasting of man-made impact on the natural environment of the city, taking into account ecosystem requirements and approaches to the standards of environmental legislation of the European Union, as well as presented analytical bases. construction of a mathematical model of ecological, socio - economic systems. In the scientific work the comparative analysis of water volumes of centralized water supply and drainage of the industrialized city of Mariupol for the period of 2012-2018 is given. In the paper, it is concluded that in systems with alarms with a large number of zones it is expedient to use terminal amplifiers with one or more independent output channels controlled by automation and control switching units.
