Description

Results of the research. The identification of the external carriage flows of a large metallurgical enterprise was elaborated by the conceptual scheme of double operations, identified the factors influencing the results of which significantly increase the transport costs of the enterprise, identified the ways of solving the problem associated with the development of optimization models of work of the subsystems of the PTS with the use of production resources, their integration into a single system and transition to the logistic management of the material flow; A model for managing the stability of the process of transport service of metal streams in the production and transport system of industrial enterprises has been developed; An analysis of the transport and technological cycle of the transport of waste products in the workshop of blast furnace slags was carried out, the values of time indices for the main technological operations were determined, and the comparison with the normative values was made; the procedure of an automated accounting program for gondola-hopper in the transport-technological cycle of transportation of agglomerate is proposed, which allows to warn about occurrence of failures; the issues of service efficiency of slag processing shops of metallurgical enterprises with application of new energy-saving transport technologies are considered; the issues of introduction of new transport technologies of use of energy efficient traction means for servicing the transport and cargo complex of rolling mills of the metallurgical enterprise are considered; the problem of representation of rolling stock for loading of finished products for sending to an external network was investigated; ways of solving the distribution of empty wagons along loading fronts were proposed with the help of linear programming in the form of a multiproduct transport task; An industrial experiment was conducted to assess the duration of defrosting of raw materials under various operating conditions, and the method and model of work of defrosting garages were developed, which provided for the determination of the number of sections in operation, depending on the duration of defrosting.
