It was shown that the development of pain syndrome in rats causes activation of lipid peroxidation processes in serum, erythrocyte membranes and in the homogenates of the spinal cord took place. The drastic changes in the structure of the erythrocyte membrane, which lead to the increase in the membranes surface charge, as well as increase in the density of surface proteins and deep hydrophobic sections. It was also found that neurotropic drug Gidazepam possesses antioxidant and membrane stabilizing properties both in conditions of separate prophylactic and therapeutic administration, and in combined application with analgetic Ketorolak. The experimental data allow to assume that Gidazepam has the pharmaceutical properties of effective adjuvant in the case of anesthetics under traumatic lesions as such that significantly reduces the adverse biochemical and pathophysiologic effects of the pain pathology. Thus, Gidazepam and Amitriptyline are characterized by an analgesic effect against a pain syndrome of traumatic chemical genesis. Moreover, the results obtained suggest that the combined usage of Ketorolac and Hidazepam and Ketorolac and Amitriptyline is not leading to the leveling of the analgesic activity of Ketorolac. This knowledge is essential for creating effective pharmacological schemes of analgesics and adjuvant drugs usage in conditions of pain syndrome of traumatic genesis.
