The object of research is the decision-making and diagnostic processes. he purpose of the work is to create a scientific basis for the development of mathematical and software intelligent decision support systems for managing diagnostic processes. In this paper a generalized model of collective expert evaluation, a method of synthesis of models of collective expert evaluation on the basis of hierarchy analysis approach, a model of the process of choosing competing agents based on its decomposition into subprocesses; the method of formation of the priority vector, the method of forming the final solution, the model of the process of choosing competing agents on the basis of its decomposition into subprocesses, the method of rating the competing agents, the method of optimizing the distribution of the volume of orders between competing agents; The method of automation of procedures of intellectual support of processes of ergonomic providing of design of human-machine interfaces is developed. SRW results are recommended for use by enterprises and companies to develop intelligent systems in order to improve the quality and reliability of diagnosis by introducing methods and models for decision support.
