The goal of the research is to develop methods, models and information technologies that will make it possible to increase the efficiency of decision making on the selection of optimal linear-functional organizational structures according to certain criteria. Methods of the research are as follows: methods of the decision theory, Dempster-Shafer theory, Dezert-Smarandache theory, and of the expert evaluation; schema of fuzzy preference relations analysis, the analytic hierarchy process and the network analysis methods. The boundaries of optimality for all partial criteria of structure analysis were determined. It is shown that the task of selecting the optimal CLFOS can be presented and solved as a task of searching and selecting multicriteria alternatives. The algorithms for the analysis of expert judgments are developed on the basis of fuzzy relations, the Dempster-Shafer model and the Dezert-Smarandache model. Also, within the framework of the research, an information technology was developed. Its purpose is to perform analysis and selection of optimal CLFOS in conditions of uncertainty on the basis of proposed models and algorithms. A structural and functional scheme of the DSS implementation is proposed for the formation of recommendations for the decision-making process on the basis of the given information technology. The results of the research in the form of models, methods, algorithms and information technologies for decision-making in conditions of uncertainty make it possible to increase the efficiency of production and reduce the costs of maintaining the organizational structures of large machine-building enterprises.
