The algorithms for solving of linear systems with sparse matrices on computers with hybrid arhitecture (with multicore CPU and GPUs) are developed. These algorithms are implemented (using C++ language and technologies MPI and CUDA) as software modules and copyright certificate was obtained. The modules has been integrated with basic modules of finite element framework Nadra-3D (for water filtration problems in spatially planned formulations).
