The system of the psycho-social rehabilitation with the primal episode of schizophrenia is developed according to the clinical manifestations, its dynamics and the type of the personal reaction that optimizes the medico-social rehabilitation of the patients and increases the effectiveness of their socialization and their personal and labor adaptation. The criteria of the effectiveness of the rehabilitation of the mentioned group of the patients are established on the basis of the catamnestic data. We implemented the scientific results that give the possibilities to give the analysis of the prevalence and the level of stigmatization of the rental expectations among people who suffer from the psychiatric illnesses of psychotic and non-psychotic level on the contemporary scientific level.
