The purpose of the study - based on the study of the peculiarities of the formation and the course of mental and behavioral disorders in persons who use psychoactive substances (hereinafter - SAR) to develop an algorithm for providing primary medical care in the general practice of family medicine. The object of the study - mental and behavioral disorders due to the use of surfactants in patients with primary care of general care. The subject of research - the mechanisms of the formation of mental and behavioral disorders in patients with primary care of general medical care, who use the surfactant. Methods of research: socio-demographic, clinical anamnestic, clinical-psychopathological, psychodiagnostic, statistical. At the first stage of the research, we conducted a survey of 500 patients, of which 110 were selected and included in the study (with existing mental and behavioral disorders due to the use of surfactants). A toolkit for assessing mental and behavioral abnormalities in patients taking ADAPs was also developed and asked for help with other pathologies in general practice of family medicine.5481
