The purpose of the study - based on the study of the peculiarities of the formation and the course of mental and behavioral disorders in persons who use psychoactive substances (hereinafter - SAR) to develop an algorithm for providing primary medical care in the general practice of family medicine. The object of the study - mental and behavioral disorders due to the use of surfactants in patients with primary care of general care. The subject of research - the mechanisms of the formation of mental and behavioral disorders in patients with primary care of general medical care, who use the surfactant. Methods of research: clinical-anamnestic, socio-demographic, clinical-psychopathological, psychodiagnostic, statistical. At the third stage of the research, we completed the survey of thematic patients. As a result, a system of diagnostic, medical and preventive measures of the primary care units of the South-West region with an appropriate assessment of effectiveness was developed and implemented.
