In all categories of patients, regardless of age and the presence of metabolic syndrome (MS), there is an imbalance of nutrition - increased fat content, deficiency of complex and excess of simple carbohydrates in combination with a lack of dietary fiber. Such unbalanced nutrient composition was reflected in the metabolic profile - higher levels of protein, fat and, accordingly, energy intake in MS patients correlated with a significant increase in body weight, neck and waist circumferences, higher serum ALT concentration (p <0.0 <p ). The most unbalanced diet in middle-aged patients with MS was combined with a greater excess of the functional age of the cardiovascular system of the calendar (p = 0.002). The excess of functional age over the calendar was positively correlated with higher waist circumference (r = 0.47), higher triglycerides (r = 0.30) and insulin (r = 0.33) in serum. The analysis shows that orientation to the energy intake of the diet and nutritional composition does not always allow to identify and prevent metabolic risk factors. This necessitates, on the one hand, the broadening of the directions of studying the energy of nutrition and its influence on the body in the conditions of the circadian cycle, which can be carried out on the basis of studying the dynamics of daily fluctuations in body temperature. In healthy elderly, body temperature (one of the markers of aging) was lower during the day and day compared to middle-aged people (p <0.05). In patients with MS, the poorer metabolic profile (BMI, neck and waist, percentage of adipose tissue, NOMA-IR) was associated with higher body temperature in the afternoon (p <0.05). The potential for nutritional correction of the metabolic profile was studied in rats with a model of a condition close to the MS. The antioxidant and cardioprotective properties of onion husk extract have been established in the formulation of meat product, which can be explained by the high content of husk of quercetin. Elderly patients with MS with constipation have studied the effects of the attenuating Eucarbon on inflammatory markers and metabolic profile. Course administration of the drug led to a decrease in TNF-? in the serum, while not altering or impairing the metabolic profile and composition of the gut microbiota in patients. Blueberry paste was used for the nutritional correction of the metabolic profile in patients with MS and PD2 of mild and moderate severity. The addition of bilberry paste to the diet had a positive effect on body weight, BMI, NOMA-IR and prevented sympathicotonia growth during the night, which was accompanied by a lower functional age of the cardiovascular system (p <0.05).
