Object of study - the requirements for the developed "Instructions for drawing up plans for liquidation of an accident" The purpose of the work is to provide recommendations on the deviation from paragraph 2.2.3. "Instructions for drawing up plans for emergency response." Research methods are analytical, theoretical. As a result of the implementation of scientific research work, recommendations were developed and presented that are based on an assessment of the requirements for the developed "Instructions for drawing up emergency response plans" during a fire or an accident at a warehouse of a mining SS "Toretskaya Mine" SE"Toretskugol". The application of these recommendations in an industrial environment will ensure safe cleaning works, which will have a positive economic, environmental and social effect.
