Description

The analysis of the study of 289 patients with coronary heart disease; comorbid gout with hypertension. The purpose of the study was to improve the methods of therapeutic correction in patients with endothelial dysfunction, disorders of redox homeostasis and lipid metabolism, the introduction of the developed materials into clinical practice. Research methods: clinical, biochemical (markers of endothelial dysfunction in plasma), instrumental (endothelium dependent (FMD) and independent (NMD) vasodilation), statistics. In the complex treatment with the use of the cytoprotector Mexicor, the content of the main markers of lipid peroxidation significantly decreased, the activity of antioxidant enzymes decreased. Atorvastatin improves the clinical course of the disease ("soft" anti inflammatory action), significantly affects ED (VWF, ET 1) with an equivalent effect on IL 1 and FMD; rosuvastatin better improves plasma lipid profile and coagulation hemostasis.
