The aim of the study was to improve the results of complex surgical treatment of patients with diseases of the hepatopancreatoduodenal zone.Research methods - general clinical, laboratory (complete blood and urine tests, biochemical test, blood glucose, total bilirubin and its fractions, activity of aminotransferases - ALT and AsAT, urea, creatinine, determination of the state of immunological reactivity by cellular and humoral indices of blood, the state of lipid peroxidation and the state of antioxidant protection according to thiol-disulfide and ascorbate redox systems data) and instrumental methods (CT, MRI, ultrasound, FEGDS). The improvement of general clinical parameters, the dynamics of the functional state of the pancreas, immunological reactivity, the blood coagulation system and the system of lipid peroxidation monitoring in the conditions of the of minimally invasive surgical technology comparing to traditional surgical treatment has been established.
