Associative relationships of individual polymorphic markers of nitric oxide synthase gene, angiotensinogen; angiotensinogen II type 1 and type 2 receptor genes and aldosterone synthase gene with features of clinical course of AH and target organ damage in patients of different age groups have been identified. Changes in the vegetative state, namely the prevalence of sympathicotonic influences, have been found to be associated with individual genotypes. It was determined that in elderly patients with concomitant coronary heart disease there are stage-dependent changes in the parameters of laser correlation spectrometry, which reflect the differences between the effects of combination therapy and its side effects. Methods of individualized approach to drug selection and dosing have been developed.
