Description

A total of 96 patients aged 12 to 44 years were examined. As a result of clinical studies, we determined the correlation of the results of anthropometric measurements of diagnostic models, photometry and cephalometry, described the structure of dentoalveolar anomalies, manifestations of hyperesthesia of the teeth against the background of dentoalveolar anomalies in patients with a permanent bite.The experimental study of TMJ dysfunction and demineralization of dental hard tissues included 10 sexually mature male rats at the age of 8 months and 32 Wistar rats of herd breeding, one month old, due to the onset of enamel formation in animals at this age. As a result of the experiment in laboratory animals, patterns of changes in the musculo-articular component in modeling occlusal arthritis and patterns of tooth demineralization were established.
