Object of research: clinical signs, endothelial dysfunction, the effectiveness of treatment in 515 patients with coronary heart disease, hypertension, dyslipidemia, osteoarthritis of the knee in the metabolic syndrome. Purpose: to investigate the relationship of efficiency of treatment with the components of the metabolic syndrome, endothelial dysfunction and genetic markers in patients with comorbid pathology. Methods of study: clinical, laboratory, instrumental, statistical analysis.
