The research methods - rentgen structure analysis on the raster electron microscope REM-100U method and laser microspectro analysis on laser microspectro analyzer LMA-10 method. The regularities of the electrode shape and heat input influence on the crystal lattice microstrains, microstress, dislocation density, welding stresses, microstructure and crack resistance are established. A mathematical model has been developed for the heat input dependence on the parts chemical composition, which increases the crack resistance. The technological instruction for the process of parts high-speed surfacing high-carbon steel parts with low-energy has been developed, which ensures a reduction in welding stresses, microstructure grinding and increasing crack resistance. The technology of high-speed surfacing of parts from high carbon steels at low heat input, which ensures minimum welding stresses, grinding the microstructure, increasing the crack resistance and preventing bandages breakage has been developed.
