In work on the basis of complex histological, histochemical, immunohistochemical and morphometric studies, the features of the formation of local lymphoid tissue of the stomach and salivary glands of rats have been described for the first time. It was established that the most pronounced morphological changes in the structure of the stomach are noted after intrafetal administration of the antigen. Against the backdrop of a more active increase in the number of CD3 + lymphocytes, PNA + -niseous lymphocytes of the gastric mucosa, an increase in the thickness of the gastric mucosa by 19%, muscle strain by 29% and thinning of the thickness of the muscular layer of the gastric mucosa by 15% at early observation times. The fact of more accelerated formation of local humoral immunity after the intrauterine introduction of the antigen was revealed for the first time, as evidenced by more active growth of the amount of SBA + -B-lymphocytes in the gastric mucosa during the first two weeks after birth. The scientific data on the activation of the nonspecific humoral link of immunity in the experiment are supplemented, as evidenced by the growth of accumulation of neutral polysaccharides, glycosaminoglycans and WGA + substance in the gastric mucosa and in the salivary glands of rats. Нas been shown that from lymphoid appendectomy clumps consisting of small and medium lymphocytes, starting from the 24th week of intrauterine development of a person, perivascular lymphoid nodules of the appendix are formed.
