The use of complex research methodology ensured integrated interdisciplinary approach to the choice of adequate translation strategies and tactics in the multicultural dimension; study of the lingual features of ethno-cultural concepts in the texts of different genres and systematization of translation challenges based on the analysis of communicative and pragmatic factors in the translation process. The research findings have resulted in a number of teaching materials and methodological recommendations to ensure formation of linguistic, socio-cultural and translation competences that enhance professional performance of the enterprise employees in the multicultural world.
