The purpose of the study is to formulate a concept on the basis of which there is the possibility of effective continuous education for secondary school graduates from the occupied territories and the ATO zone in the territory of Ukraine. The work is the first attempt to systematically study the complex of educational problems associated with temporarily occupied territories and the zone of ATO. The proposed approach allows predicting changes in the regions of Ukraine and effectively counteracting the destructive policy of the RF. To solve the problems, new methodical approaches were developed, aimed at processing empirical information in the temporarily occupied territories and ATO zone. The methodology is based on the standard of humanitarian and geographic science. In addition, the project uses well-known scientific methodologies for collecting, processing and analyzing information. At the level of regularities, results were obtained related to 1.Methodology for estimating the number of graduates in schools in the temporarily occupied territory . The regularities of migration activity of the rest of the population from depressed and occupied regions are described. 2.A system of practical recommendations for preventing the spread of infectious diseases has been developed precisely in the teenage and youth environment associated with the temporarily occupied territories and the zone of ATO. At the level of methodological and practical developments, a system of practical and methodological recommendations for secondary specialized educational institutions of Ukraine for admitting youth from these areas has been introduced. On the basis of the project, a number of informational and analytical materials were prepared that could be recommended to higher education institutions of Ukraine and the media.
