Then second year of impiementation. popup.stage_title Head Kashuba Vladymyr I., Доктор біологічних наук Registration Date 05-02-2019 Organization Department for special training National academy of science of Ukraine at Kiev University popup.description2  The DNA bank of biological samples of patients with BC and OC was created. It has been established that the germ line mutations in BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes in patients without family history of BC or OC is about 5%, an increased frequency of these mutations is observed in patients with a family history of BC and OC. It has also been found that the alteration of the inflammation process, which is programmed by the genetically determined decrease of the expression of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokine genes, has an effect both on the manifestation and on the pathogenesis of the BC and OC. The alteration of the IL6 gene expression caused by the -174C allele inheritance may be a predisposing factor for BC (p = 0.042). At least 40% of tumors in more than one third of the cells contained somatic genomic rearrangements of the main histocompatibility complex region - 1 or several loci of this region were involved. Conclusions. Hereditary factors of the predisposition for development of BC and OC were revealed, the frequency and spectrum of hereditary and somatic factors associated with immune response in the studied samples of patients were investigated. A panel of genetic markers has been created to detect hereditary predisposition to BC and OC, as well as the risk of the immunotherapy resistance. The developed panel of markers has no analogues in Ukraine and corresponds to the modern world level. It is recommended to get acquainted with the research results of the specialized agencies of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the implementation of the developed genetic panel to improve the diagnosis and monitoring of the effectiveness of treatment of the BC and OC.
