The urgency of the topic is determined by the need to solve strategic tasks regarding the activation of the investment support of enterprises in the conditions of transformation of the economy and management of their capitalization as components in increasing the competitiveness by increasing the cost, which will contribute to the economic security of enterprises.
Scientific novelty consists of:
- substantiation of the basis of investment support and capitalization management, the directions of resource support of the investment process for ensuring economic safety of enterprises, including innovative priorities of the intensification of the development of commodity markets of the processing industry, the process of capital accumulation and prospects for regional development of the Ukrainian Black Sea region, as well as the functioning and development of the resource conservation system in the conditions of social transformations.
- developing an economic mechanism for managing capitalization and ensuring the economic security of enterprises under uncertainty with the help of a two-tier investment system that can operate locally, regionally, nationally and globally through a well-organized redistribution of uncertainty among different levels of the investment system;
- analysis of specific conditions, historical prospects and peculiarities of the process of creation and further functioning of the economic mechanism of investment support and capitalization management taking into account specific requirements for the economic security of enterprises in the institutional context of the transformational economy of Ukraine;
- disclosure of the micro and macroeconomic effects of the operation of a two-tier model of the investment system at the national and global levels in the context of a global surplus of savings and other features of the process of capital accumulation in the global economy in the context of the globalization and crisis of the process of globalization
