The research objective is to develop and research methods and tools of decision making for data processing in intelligence systems of pattern recognition. The methods of research include methods of artificial intelligence, pattern recognition, decision theory methods, highly productive computations. Deep neural networks and methods of their training were analyzed and investigated. The method for synthesizing neuromodels based on multimodal learning and discriminatory configuration was developed. It converts numerical tabular data into images and performs preliminary network training using distorted data to increase network resilience to distortion of data. The developed method allows two-dimensional graphic data to be processed in image recognition, using arbitrary format data for network learning. The method of construction of recognition neural networks on the basis of multimodal learning with the simultaneous use of several different model structures was developed. The parallel method of reduction of big data was proposed.
