The object of research is social relations in the field of land allocation, circulation and use of land resources, as well as operational search activities of employees of the departments of the Department of Economic Protection of the National Police of Ukraine in this area. The subject of the investigation is illegal acts of officials of state authorities and local self-government bodies that carry out illegal distribution and assignment of land resources, as well as other persons in the field of land allocation, circulation and use of land resources. The purpose of the study is to prepare and provide methodological recommendations on the organization of work of the departments of the Department of Economic Protection of the National Police of Ukraine on the prevention, detection and documentation of crimes and other offenses committed in the field of land allocation, circulation and use of land resources. Research methods: system-structural, logical, comparative-legal, generalization, summary, sampling, grouping.
