Objective: to theoretically substantiate, develop and experimentally test the content and new technologies for teaching children with hearing impairments in the context of education reform. Results: the directions of technologization in education of children with PLO, which are interdependent and interpenetrating, are substantiated: pedagogical management technologies / management technologies; collaboration / collaboration technologies, service support technologies, teaching technologies. An algorithm for designing pedagogical activity in an educational institution, where pupils with PLO study, has been developed, and organizational aspects of differentiated instruction have been detailed. A conceptual approach has been defined that provides the flexibility of the physical, psychological and social environment in providing a set of measures for the systemic psychological and pedagogical support of children with hearing impairments in the modern educational process, which consists in meeting the special educational needs of deaf children with reduced hearing.
