The goal of the work is an obtaining nanocomposites for accumulators and converters of electrical energy with better characteristics in comparison with existing analogues. Research methods are X-ray analysis, atomic force microscopy, electrical and optical measurementsa and theoretical studies. Based on hexagonal III-VI layered crystals, nanoscale inclusions of IV-VI narrow-gap semiconductors, nanostructured carbon and solid electrolytes, nanocomposite materials for photoconverters and electric charge accumulators were obtained. Their chemical composition, morphology, electrical and optical properties were studied.
