The purpose of the research work is to create a theoretical and experimental complex of a system of methods and models for ensuring wear resistance and survivability of cylindrical slip tribosystems. In carrying out research in the project a systematic approach was used for the analysis of friction and wear processes, for the mathematical basis the theory of differential equations, variational calculus was adopted. Experimental methods used to determine the tribotechnical properties of materials, special equipment for determining the properties of surface layers. As a result of the work the systematization of the tasks of the contact tribomechanics for cylindrical tribosystems of sliding was carried out; methods of solving contact problems were developed: the method of algebraic equations and the variational-experimental method. For the calculation of wear, theoretical and analytical methods for solving traveling contact problems for cylindrical tribosystems of sliding have been developed. The models of adhesion-deformation and high-speed friction have been analyzed and improved, one and multi-factor models of wear and theory of identation of parameters of wear patterns have been developed. For numerical simulation of the processes of accumulation of tribological damages and barrel wear, an improved method of triboelements and a method for determining the determining factors of fracture processes in high-speed friction conditions. In order to ensure the survivability of cylindrical tribosystems, a model of the reliability of cylindrical tribosystems and a method for the consistent calculation of variation coefficients have been developed. Realization of the results of the project provides an opportunity to save material, energy and labor resources Product Description popup.authors Babak Oleg Petrovych Dycha Maksym Dykha Oleksandr Volodymyrovych Rudyk Oleksandr Sorokatyi Ruslan V. popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
