Based on the data of mass spectrometry, the interaction of the Bcr PH domain with 23 proteins was studied.Recombinant vectors carrying the DNA sequence of these target proteins for their bacterial and eukaryotic expression was received. Protein binding has been confirmed for: SMC1, β-tubulin, clathrin, Usp 1, GLG1, cortatin. It has been shown that the USP1 inhibitor (ML323) leads to a change in the cellular localization of USP1. A MN-multi-system-system for the detection of mutations in patients with myeloid neoplasms has been proposed. Immunofluorescent analysis revealed colocalisation of the GLG1 protein with the Bcr-Abl protein kinase in the K562 cells. By the results of coimmunoprecipitation, the interaction of the GLG1 protein and the Bcr-Abl T cell protein in the K562 cells was established.
