Besides , it was established that the changing in the social orientations of our state, the modern conditions of social and legal transformations and the choice of the European vector of Ukraine`s development require the revision of today’s methods of protecting civil rights and legal interests of the person in the state. Civil rights, freedoms and legal interests has often protected in ways, regulate by the rules of another branch affiliation. In particular, the methods of administrative legal protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens in the area of property are a system of procedures, which are regulated by administrative law, are applied by public administration bodies, law enforcement bodies or by the citizens for the realization of needs related to property relations.
