The methodology for the nanostructural inhomogeneities creation in BG and ChSG with optimized characteristics for reproducible elements of infrared photonics, optoelectronics, sensory and opto-telecommunication equipment was reasoned. A model for describing the formation of the NP in the BG like Li2B4O7: Ag (Cu) and ChSG based on As2Se3-Ga-RE was proposed. Product Description popup.authors Adamiv Volodymyr T. Boyko Vitaliy T.
