As a result of the work, we found a unique collecting gRNA that is effectively bindsto the sites of the genes before the transcription and activation of the cardiac genes (GATA4, MyoD, Tbx5, Mef2c and HAND2) in fibroblasts. A collection of obteined gRNA is promissing for reprogramming of fibroblasts in to cardiomyocyte
The results of the work were reported at the international scientific and practical conference Kyiv Non-Coding Meeting 2018, Kyiv, on November 21, 2018, in a plenary paper. Conference without abstract.
