Possible connections between miRNAs and MSC differentiation have been investigated. The involving of some human (let-7a, mir-101, mir-143, mir-26a, mir-29b, mir-21, mir-218, mir-17, mir-138, mir-222, mir-31) and rodent (mir-129-1-3p, mir-146a, mir-221, mir-30b, mir-30c) miRs in control of MSC osteogenic differentiation processes was confirmed.
