A detailed scheme of the technological process of the experimental - industrial biogas separation plant has been developed, in which stages of startup, operation and maintenance of the technological scheme are described. Conducted technological and constructive calculations of experimental unit and industrial plant biomethane production of 250m3 biogas. Blueprints of the main equipment of the technological scheme: absorber, desorber and recuperative heat exchanger for the heating of saturated amine absorbent have been developed. A working document was prepared for a pilot plant for the extraction of target fractions of biomethane and carbon dioxide.
The obtained results of the simulation of the amine process and the technological and constructive calculations of the technological schemes are used in the implementation of biogas purification technologies and the production of biomethane - an analogue to natural gas.
