Methods were built for developing of pseudorandom and their properties. Theoretical fundamentals were received for building effective algorithms of decomposition of big numbers into simple multipliers based on theory of elliptical curves. A set of modules which describe mathematically is worked out, describing the different moments of problem of distribution of productive forces mathematically different moments of distribution of production forces problem were developed, which allows building models the structure of which corresponds to different economic staging of the given problem. Mathematical methods were proposed to solve problems about centralized cargo delivery with a symmetric expenses matrix .A mathematical model of the optimal economic growht with the inducted scientific-technical progress was built and its economical-mathematical research was conducted. A method of segmentation of spectral-static textures was researched and developed with the help of the color and static features. The research showed that the developed method allowed to raise the quality of segmentation by 1,5-1,7 times (according to Pratt'si criteria) compared to the methods based on the color's and Gabor's filter features.
