Using the methods of cellular biology we analyzed the growth characteristics of cells, their metabolic activity and morphology in the system of cultivation with bioactive ceramics, which resulted in the selection of the best composites for application on them of cells: Biomin GT1 - H2O; Biomin GT-500 - H2O; Biomin GTalk 700 (800 ° C) - H2O; Biomin GTalk 700 (850 ° C) - H2O. A method for cultivating MSCs on bioactive ceramic granules was developed. In addition, using the FACS method, we carried out immunophenotyping of MSCs obtained from rat bone marrow and adipose tissue. It is shown that by the level of representation of surface markers typical for MSCs, the cells we receive correspond to the profile typical for MSCs. Also during the reporting year, we developed a model of lesion of bone tissue of the rat, which will be used during the next stage. According to the main results of the research the publication is being prepared, the Project became the finalist of the Sikorsky Challenge 2018 Startup Competition  Product Description popup.authors Balatskyi Volodymyr V.
